If your order was received damaged or never arrived, please email us for an exchange or refund within 30 Days. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please mention your order number along with the reason for return or refund. Upon receiving your request, we will respond within one business day with return instructions. All return & refund requests must be made by email.
For returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded/trackable delivery service when shipping the items. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been canceled, we can not issue a refund to a different account (no exceptions). The customer will be responsible for any service charges/fees that may be assessed by the credit card or banking institution. The start of the 30 day refund period is the day courier records successful delivery. 
All of our policies and warranties, including the 30 Day Refund Guarantee, apply only to purchases made directly through the VAO Beauty website (vaobeauty.com) or over the phone. Products that are sold by unauthorized sellers or any website other than vaobeauty.com do not carry any warranty through VAO Beauty. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in our discretion if a customer is abusing the 30 Day Refund Guarantee.
